Existing Site

The site has been most recently used as an Equestrian Centre and includes a single detached dwelling plus stables and sheds with a manège / riding area. The majority of the site is grassland with large areas of hard standing for roads and car parking and is now regarded as Grey Belt Land.

It is set back from Edge Hill behind a combination of hedges and fencing. There are currently three vehicle access/exit points from Edge Hill. Mature trees provide the other three boundaries which help screen views of the Kingsbury Link Business Park to the south west and connect to the open MOD land to the south. Wood End village lies to the east of the Site with the local facilities approximately a 5 minute walk. Whateley Villas lie to the west of the Site on the other side of the railway line (set in a cutting).
